Adapter Rail Kit for 5th Wheel Hitch on 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500 with Puck System

Question:

I am purchasing a 2022 Silverado 2500HD Standard Bed LT with puck system OEM I need the rail system for a Q20 Fifth wheel hitch. The fifth wheel has a moveable head pin for a short bed no sliding hitch required.

It sounds like you have the Curt Q20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R20 Slider # C16536. To fit this to the puck system on your 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500HD you'll need the Adapter Rails # C88KR which fits whether you have the long or short bed.

The unique thing about this adapter rail system when compared to others is that there are adjustments along the rails so this can actually fit the Ford or Chevy/GMC OEM puck systems.

Please note that the Q20 is not compatible with rotating pin boxes. If that's what you were planning on doing then you'll need a different 5th wheel hitch. I recommend the Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Slide Bar Jaw - 16,000 lbs # C16115 which can be used with rotating pinboxes.
