Question:
I have a 2018 Montana MS 3110 41 ft Fifth wheel with Morryde SRE4000 on it what would be the best upgrade for improved ride? And why? Sumosprings or Roadmaster shock system I have 7k axles. Thanks for your help

The better option for improving the ride on your tandem axle 2018 Montana fifth wheel with 7,000 lb axles is the Roadmaster shock system, with the correct part being the following:
- Roadmaster Comfort Ride Shock Absorbers for Tandem Axle Trailers # RM-2460
The SumoSprings Trailer Helper Springs # SS33HR (Underslung) and # SS26MV (Overslung) are solid, but just won't improve your trailer's ride as much as the Comfort Ride. The SumoSprings progressively compress, and gets more rigid with more suspension travel, so it won't be as comfortable overall, particularly on bumpier roads.
The Comfort Ride # RM-2460 shocks, on the other hand, are always going to be active, compressing and rebounding with the same action, no matter what type of road you are going on; this is going to give you a smoother overall ride than the SumoSprings. The other thing the Comfort Ride will do better is help with sway. The reason for that is they are installed at a slight angle, which helps limit side-to-side suspension travel, which is one of the things that causes trailer swaying.
So while both options will help with the ride of your 2018 Montana fifth wheel, the best overall improvement you can make is absolutely with the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Shock Absorbers # RM-2460.
