Your 2020 Ford F-250 was only available with either a 4.2", or 8" in dash screen. This measurement is taken diagonally and often the visible area is often covered slightly around the edges with a trim kit. This may explain why there is some confusion on the screen size for adding a Custom Third Brake Light Camera for 8" Factory Monitor # 3460001.
