I need a new trailer axle. Hub face to hub face on my current axles is 62. 5 bolt pattern. 2000 lb capacity. Which product do you recommend?

We have an option to replace your axle, but not with a standard through-axle as there isn't one with a 62 inch hub face to hub face measurement. There are 60 and 72 inch lengths, but those would be too short and long, respectively. What you can do instead is use the Timbren Axle-Less Suspension System, which are simply bolted or welded so you do not have to worry about finding an axle that meets any specific measurements. For a 2,000 lb axle there is a standard option as well as one with a lift:
- Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension - Straight Spindle # ASR2KHDS01
- Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension - 4" Lift Spindle # ASR2KHDS04
They not only fit no matter what your previous axle specs are, the Timbren system also offers you an improved ride compared to a traditional through-axle because they work independently. So if there is a bump on one side of the road it won't rattle your entire trailer. The Timbren system also gives you a better ride because they have progressive springs that absorb shock better than a traditional axle.
They do take hubs with a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern, either the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # 84545UC1-EZ or Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # 84546UC3-EZ.
