Replacing the Rhino Box Kingpin with Gen Y Pin Box
Question:
Looking at replacing my pin box to the gen y. Will it replace the rhinobox? Specifically looking at the alliance valor series.

We have options to change out your Lippert Rhino Box Pin Box, but a Gen Y pin box is not available. I suggest the Trailair Flex Air 5th Wheel Pin Box - Lippert Rhino, # LC65VR. The pivoting head on Flex Air allows for controlled back and forth movement of the king pin to reduce the uncomfortable jarring known as chucking.
We also have the MORryde Cushioned 5th Wheel Pin Box for 14K to 18K Trailers w/ Lippert Rhino, # MR83QR. Or, for 11K to 14K Trailers w/ Lippert Rhino, # MR44HR.
And the Reese 5th Airborne Premium Fifth Wheel Air Ride Coupler - 20,000-lb Capacity, # RP78FR.
