Question:
Hello, I have a Honda HRV 2018. I need this hitch for two e-bikes that I will purchase. 75lbs each Problem is that I dont have the tools nor the space to do the installation myself. What would you recommend in this case? Any place that I can have it installed? Thanks

To find a local installer, use the link on the product page for the # 24932 hitch (see photo).
The Draw-Tite # 24932 hitch you'd looked at has a tongue weight capacity of 200 lbs, which means that the combined weight of the bikes plus the weight of the rack used to carry them cannot exceed 200 lbs. Because a bike rack capable of handling 2 75lb bikes would likely weigh more than 50 lbs and would only be compatible with a 2 inch receiver, this hitch wouldn't work for you.
Although the Draw-Tite # 24932 wouldn't be a good choice for what you're trying to do, we do have a hitch that would work. I'd recommend going with the ecoHitch # 306-X7322 which features the more common 2 inch receiver tube and has a higher 300 lb tongue weight capacity.
For a bike rack capable of handling bikes that are that heavy, I'd recommend the Let's Go Aero # LGA77FR V-Lectric bike rack. The rack can handle two bikes weighing up to 75 lbs each with tires up to 4-1/2 inches wide. The rack is compatible with a 2 inch receiver.
Another possibility would be the Thule Easy Fold, part # TH903202. The rack can handle 2 bikes weighing up to 65 lbs each. If removing the battery packs from your bikes would reduce the weight of each down to 65 lbs or less, this would be a good option. The rack can accommodate tires up to 3-1/2 inches wide, or tires up to 4-11/16 inches wide if the optional # TH985101 Fat bike straps are used. This rack would be a lot easier to use, as it incorporates an integrated loading ramp that would make loading heavy bikes much easier. The rack folds in half for easy storage and features built-in wheels for easy transport from where its stored to the vehicle.
I've linked to instructions for the items mentioned above, and to a demonstration video for the Thule Easy Fold bike rack.

The Hollywood Racks # HLY84FR Sport Rider SE is only compatible with 2 inch hitches, not the 1-1/4 inch # 24932.
If you wanted to go with the SportRider SE, you'd need to use a 2 inch hitch like # 306-X7322 from EcoHitch. The Hollywood Racks Sport can handle 2 bikes weighing up to 80 lbs each with tires up to 5 inches wide. Hollywood Racks makes a high quality product that would work great for you. I'll link to a product demonstration video featuring the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE.
