We have several options for you, for a receiver hitch designed similarly to that on your tow vehicle, we have the Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver, # C13702. This adjustable trailer receiver hitch designed for use on RVs can be bolted to the vehicle frame or welded on for a no-drill application. The heavy-duty side brackets allow for adjustability as they slide along hitch body to match the width of your vehicle's frame. This option works on box frame or C-channel frames from 18" to 51" wide. The Curt Adjustable Trailer Hitch Receiver, # C13701 is the same version but with a 2" drop for the 2"x2" receiver opening. Each are rated with a 500 lb. TW.

If you need a wider option, there is the Curt # C13704 that is adjustable from 22" to 66" wide.

If your campers bumper weight capacity is rated for it, my preferred way to address having a receiver hitch for purpose of cargo carrier or bike rack is to use the Mount-n-Lock HiLoHitch for 4" RV Bumpers, # MNT47FR. This bumper-mounted hitch receiver mounts above or below your 4" x 4" RV bumper and is designed to fit 2" bike racks and cargo carriers with a maximum capacity of 300 pounds. The feature I like about this, other than the simplicity of bolting to the campers bumper, is that the shank is held in place between a 1/4" steel base plate and free-floating pressure plate. You can then tighten the heavy-duty retention bolt to apply pressure against the plate to reduce movement of the bike rack or cargo carrier.
