Rotating Coupler Option For Motorcycle Trailer
Question:
Looking for a rotating hitch for a motorcycle trailer with a 1-7/8 coupler

While there are rotating/articulating couplers and mounts, there aren't any that work with a trailer hitch ball as that would be too much rotation, both on the coupler and the hitch ball. So you would need a different connection type from Lock N Roll, which interlocks with the coupler bolt and pin from the mount.
I'm not sure which type of tongue your trailer has, but there is a weld-on option for an A-frame trailer, and weld-on or bolt-on options for different sized straight-tongue trailers:
- Lock N Roll Articulating Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler - 3" Channel - Trailer Side # 336TS508
- Lock N Roll Articulating Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler - 2-1/2" Channel - Trailer Side # 336TS506
- Lock N Roll Articulating Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler - 2" Channel - Trailer Side # 336TS528
- Lock N Roll Articulating Coupler - A-Frame - Trailer Side # 336TS504
You would then need a hitch to connect, and the right one will depend on your receiver size and the rise or drop you need:
- Max 4-1/4" Rise/Drop: Lock N Roll Articulating Hitch w/ 3-Position Channel - 2" Receivers - Vehicle Side # 336VS503505
- No Rise/Drop: Lock N Roll Articulating Trailer Hitch for 2" Receivers - Vehicle Side # 336VS501
- Max 4-1/4" Rise/Drop: Lock N Roll Articulating Hitch w/ 3-Position Channel - 1-1/4" Receivers - Vehicle Side # 336VS503507
