If you want to flat tow your 2004 Jeep TJ with the Bestop HighRock 4x4 High Access Front Bumper w Winch Plate for Jeep - Matte Black, part # B4491701, you will need the Bestop D-Ring Shackle Set for 4x4 HighRock Bumpers - 9,500 lbs - Qty 2, part # B4292100, and the Blue Ox Aftermarket Off-Road Bumper Adapter - 7/8" Pin, part # BX88357. You will need to attach the D-Ring shackles to your bumper and the Blue Ox adapter to the D-Rings. Once you have done this you can use a Blue Ox towbar to flat tow your Jeep TJ.
