Can I use these cylinders to replace the existing licks on our ascent 1700 cargo box?

Sure can! The Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450200 are the newer cores from Thule but the only thing that changed with the newer style is that the key code is on the side of the cylinder instead of the face of the lock so be sure to write down the number in case you ever need to get a replacement key!
