When it comes to the Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box # 325-GH-8045 and the # GY58GR, the main difference is the auto latch feature of the # GY58GR. This self-latching lever automatically engages when hitch ball is in socket for an easier connection. This feature also makes it easier to uncouple your Heartland Highlander from a position outside of your truck's bed. The # 325-GH-8045, on the other hand, comes with a manual latch coupler. Other than this difference, the pin boxes are the same.
Since I could not fine the particular factory pin box specs on your Heartland Highlander, I recommend making sure that you have either the Lippert 1621 or the Lippert 1621HD pin box. I went ahead and attached a diagram with the dimensions of these two models. Since both Gen-Y pin boxes are designed to replace the Lippert 1621/1621 HD pin boxes, I recommend measuring the dimensions of your current setup.
