Question:
I have a 2022 Ram 2500 mega cab with 6’4” bed and ram boxes. I am having the OEM Mopar pucks added since Ram will not build the truck with them. The RV has a Reese Sidewinder. Which hitch is best for this setup?

As long as the pucks being installed into your 2022 Ram 2500 are the same pucks that come with the factory prep package, then I recommend using the the B&W Companion # BWRVK3600. This hitch features 1" Thick dual jaws that provide 360-degree jaw-to-king-pin contact, a fully articulating head that eases hookup, and helps to limit chucking, and has 3 height settings to fit the application needed.
This hitch also has a maximum towing capacity of 25,000-lbs, and a vertical load limit of 6,250-lbs. I do recommend consulting your vehicle's owner's manual for your vehicles maximum towing capacity, and compare this number to the maximum towing capacity of the hitch, and utilize the lowest rating between the two, to ensure you aren't overloading your vehicle.
I also recommend buying the 5th Airborne Custom Wedge for B&W Fifth Wheels # SWW-06 to replace the universal wedge that comes with the Reese Sidewinder like # RP34FR.
