Question:
I installed this fan in my UHaul VT-16 bathroom, it fit perfectly in the old vent hole. When I went to install the light ring it does not fit around the fan base, is there something else I need to do?

Make sure the MaxxFan Dome Plus Roof Vent, # MA00-03810W is fully seated so as to provide enough material for the light ring to attach. This designed for roofs from 1" to 6" thick. The light is to attach to the assembly with a garnish included. Be sure to use a sealant such as the TremPro 644 Silicone Sealant, # 0160297.
