I can help you out with that, and to tow a camper trailer with your 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and let's start with the hitch, with the correct fit depending on the model of your '18 Grand Cherokee:
- All Models EXCEPT Trackhawk & Models With EcoDiesel Engine: Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75699
- Models With EcoDiesel Engine: Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75713
- Trackhawk With Removable Fascia Panel: Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT38MR
As for the wiring kit, you will need one if your '18 Grand Cherokee does not already have a hitch connector from the factory, which you would likely know if you had. Otherwise, the correct 4-way is going to depend on if your Grand Cherokee has the factory tow package or not.
You can either call your local Jeep dealer with your VIN and they can tell you, or you can look under your Jeep at the bumper, on the driver side. There will be a plug that is the factory tow package plug, and I have added a photo showing exactly where it is and what it looks like. The correct harness will depend on if you have that plug or not:
- Without Factory Tow Package Plug: T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118727
- With Factory Tow Package Plug: T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118384
Finally, you will just need a mounting bracket for the 4-way, the Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat # 18144.
