Yes, the special installation tool is included with the vehicle specific clamp kit (part # DK047) for the Rhino Rack roof rack system. This roof rack system is composed of the # DK047 which is the clamp and pad system that is custom fit for your vehicle. Then the # DA118 is the crossbar system for the clamps that fit your car.
