Question:
I have a Rhino Rack Pioneer platform with the backbone system mounted on my FJ Cruiser. Apparently I didn’t adequately torque two of the bolt/cam nuts prior to installing my rooftop tent. The weight of the tent allowed the backbone to flex enough that I lost 2 bolts and cam nuts. Can I buy replacements? Thank you.

I believe that you're talking about the M8 x 20mm Hex Set Screw # RR27UB and M8 Channel Nut # RR59TB that secures the Backbone Mounting System to the Pioneer Platform Rack. This also includes 2 washers, theM8 Spring Washer # RR83TB and then an M8 x 28mm x 3mm flat washer that you can pick up at your local hardware or home improvement store as Rhino-Rack doesn't carry it as a replacement part.
If you are looking for a different set of hardware let me know and I'll be happy to see if we can help you out!
