How to Determine the Correct Replacement Vent Lid for a Trailer Roof Vent

I have a 2005 vhw612sa cargo trailer. I am looking for a replacement vent cover. Can you help me locate the correct one?

To determine the correct replacement vent cover, if available, you will need to look at the hinge style and the size of the vent the lid fits on. For example, lid # BV0554-03 has 1 long continuous hinge and fits 14-1/4 by 14-1/4 inch roof vents. There are also 3 point and 4 point hinges as well.
