I took a look at some pictures of a 2021 Jeep Gladiator with a trailer hitch installed from the factory. In all of those pictures, all you saw was the hitch receiver under the bumper. Given that information, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # CU74FR is going to be a great choice. This hitch is made in the USA, requires no drilling into the frame and will provide you with a 2" receiver which is the most common size used for hitch mounted accessories such as bike racks, cargo carriers and ball mounts.
This hitch will provide you with a similar look as from the factory, I have included a picture of the Curt Hitch Installed for you to check out.
If you plan to do any towing, you can round out a tow package by picking up the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118786 and the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900.
