The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver item # DT82QR you were looking at does fit the Hybrid model of the 2022 Toyota RAV-4. This hitch is custom fit and bolts directly to your Toyota with included hardware. I have attached a picture of what this hitch looks like installed on a RAV-4. I have also linked an installation video so you can see the process.
If you are looking for a wiring harness to control your trailer or accessories lighting functions I recommend the Curt Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # C56434. This custom-fit T-One connector plugs into your vehicle's wiring harness, which is located behind the rear tail lights. You will want the Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat item # 18144 to keep the harness from dragging on the ground.
To round out your towing setup I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches item # C45534. This towing kit will provide you with a 2" ball and a fixed ball mount with a 3/4" rise and 2" drop. It also includes a hitch pin and clip, hitch receiver lock with keys, hitch cover, and a storage case.
