Due to slight variances on vehicles the hole saw size for the install of the B and W Turnoverball part # BWGNRK1116-5W is designed to give a little leeway in case the holes don't line up perfectly. The hole is a little bigger so there is a chance you could get away with a smaller hole size but I would recommend the 4 inch.
