Usually when installing axle nuts like the castle nut that comes with the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System # TASR5200S05 you referenced you use a set of channel locks to snug the nut down. The reason for this is you don't really need to torque down the nut so using a wrench isn't recommended or needed since the amount of torque is so low. Typically you snug the nut down so that the hub is fully seated and then run the cotter pin through the spindle.
