For towing with your 2022 Lexus RX 350 I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75540. This is a custom-fit Class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It also has a concealed cross tube so only the receiver will be visible at the back of your vehicle. It has a maximum gross trailer weight of 4,500 lbs and tongue weight of 675 lbs for your towing needs. It can also be used with weight distribution.

For wiring, I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # 56083 if you have the tow package. If you do not, you will need to use a universal wiring harness like the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT. Both will provide you with a 4-way connection to power your trailer's signal lights.

In order to complete your towing setup you will also need a ball mount. Check out the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900. This kit has two ball mounts, one with a 3/4" rise or 2" drop and the other with a 2-3/4" rise or 4" drop. It also comes with a 1-7/8" and 2" ball, as well as a ball mount bag to store everything in.
