Parts Needed to Extend a 4-Way Trailer Connector
Question:
i am adding a hitch extender and the additional length will make the current wiring connections between my vehicle and trailer too short. is there an extension that i can connect between the two existing points? I have the 4 way connection. no brakes, just for brake lights and turn signal.

You just need an extension loop like # HM47115 which is 48 inches long. If that is too long then we have a 12 inch extension # 9653P. If you want to make these extensions permanent then I recommend using some dielectric grease between the connections, # 11755, using zip ties to hold the connections together, and then using electrical tape to wrap it all up to protect it from the elements.
