Transmission coolers are a universal fit item so there are not specific locations for each vehicle. Your F-250 Powerstroke should have come with a transmission cooler, in which case you can replace it for an upgraded, larger cooler such as this one.
You will find your transmission lines that go from the transmission to the factory cooler. Mount the new Derale Series 7000 cooler to your radiator or A/C condenser and connect the lines.
