By using the serial number that you provided for your trailer, I was able to confirm that the OEM pin box for your trailer is the Lippert 1621. The correct Reese Goose Box for the Lippert 1621 pin box on your 2013 Crossroads Rushmore is # RP85FR. The Reese Goose Boxes are designed to replace specific OEM pin boxes and are not necessarily trailer specific.
When I spoke with Crossroads, I was informed that Reese is the only approved gooseneck adapter manufacturer to be used with a Crossroads fifth wheel trailer. If you decide to use a different manufacturer, it may void the warranty.
