How to Determine If or What Air Compressor is on My Truck and if it is Blue Tooth Enabled

Question:

How do I know if my system can be paired to my phone for a remote? My truck came with it installed already and I think that may have been what they were doing for a remote. Thanks

The first thing would be to determine if you have an air compressor already installed. Typically these will be attached to the frame of the truck and you will see air lines coming from the compressor to the air bags. If you locate the compressor and can provide me with a model number, I would be happy to help determine if it is Blue Tooth enabled to use your phone.

If you cannot locate a compressor then they may have manually been inflating the air bags and the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL58WQ would be a Blue Tooth enabled air compressor that will work with any brand of air springs.

Question:

Sorry it took me a bit to respond. Here is all the info I could gather. Air compressor mounted on the frame. Air lines are already all in place. It has the following numbers on the box. Part# 16060, S/N 190178256, also 1910 stamped on it. Next to it also mounted on the frame is an additional Air lift box. The second box says wireless one on it, with the numbers 72708-042953. The second box pretty well looks electrical. Thanks again, look forward to hearing your thoughts.

The 16060 number you provided came back to the 12-Volt Air Compressor for Air Lift Load Controller Compressor Systems # AL16060. Of the compressor systems that use the # AL16060, only one of them is wireless which is the AL25870. But, the AL25870 is not blue tooth enabled. So, you would not be able to use your phone. If you need a replacement remote, the Replacement Remote for Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System # AL72704 would be the correct remote.
