Question:
Hi I have the 6 and 3/4 bed on a 2021 GMC 3500 single wheel 4x4. i am looking for a 24k 5th wheel hitch and I have the factory installed puck system. What is the best hitch for me for this truck. Alliance Valor 41V15, gvwr is 20k. i calculated the dry weight + w full fuel and water and a sxs with fuel. itd be at 18500 or so. So Im not sure if a 20k will be fine or 24 is needed.

We have what you need.
You will not need to get a 24k hitch, with an 18,500 pound or even if it is at 19,5000 pounds you can go with a 20k or 21k hitch and have no problems.
If you want the best slider in this category I recommend the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider - Single Jaw - Above Bed - 21,000 lbs # DM8550035 with the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Chevy/GMC OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package - 21K # DM6333.
