For a replacement axle I recommend the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with 4" Drop E-Z Lube Spindles - 95" Long - 7,000 lbs # 8327860. I'm assuming by "4 inch" you meant a 4" drop since 7k axles have a diameter of 3". This axle will be the same as your current axle with the exception of the spring-center-to-spring-center length which is 79-1/4".
The spring center measurement not matching up is fairly common but there is a solution. You will need to have the spring seats cut off of the axle and then the Spring Seat for Typical 5,200-lb to 7,200-lb, Round Trailer Axles with 3" Diameter # TRSS300 can be welded on to match your current 78" measurement.
I have attached some review and installation videos for your reference.
