Recommended Lithium Compatible Replacement Converter For A PD4575K18L

Question:

I have a 2016 Montana 3611 RL. It has a Progressive Industries converter/charger model PD4575K18L that does not have a Lithium option. Could you point me towards a replacement converter/charger hat I can wire into the existing sub panel, that will properly charge Lithium?

Since you're wanting to replace just the converter section of your power center with a lithium compatible converter you'll want to use the Replacement Lithium Converter for Progressive Dynamics 4500 Series RV Power Control Center - 75 Amp # PD4575LICSV.

This converter will replace your 75 amp PD457518L converter and is designed to fit as an exact replacement for easy installation.

If you needed to replace the entire power center you would need the Progressive Dynamics RV Power Control Center with AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger - 75 Amp # PD4575K18LS8.

@VinceP There isn't a limit on how many batteries can be connected to the # PD4575K18LS8 so you could connect to a battery bank with 4 or 6 batteries. You will want to check the limitations of the batteries though. A lot of lithium batteries can only parallel up to 4 batteries so I'd do you research on the batteries you go with because there can be a lot of little stipulations that can make or break your intended goal.
