The Curt Roof Rack for Raised Side Rails # C18118 has most definitely been confirmed to fit with the raised rails on your 2022 Subaru Outback Wagon. We actually had the opportunity to install this on a 2022 Outback Wagon Wilderness so I've linked that video for you to check out.
