I have a 2021 Jeep Gladiator and a tow bar, Falcon 2 070415. Will the e98948 base plate work with the Falcon 2 that I already have?

You can use the Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar with the etrailer Invisible Base Plate Kit # e98948 for your 2021 Jeep Gladiator but you will need the Adapter Kit # e98983 to do so. The adapters mount to the arms of the Falcon 2 and connect directly to the etrailer removeable tabs.
For a complete flat towing setup you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. If you do not have all of these components just let me know and I can make some additional recommendations for you.
