Can The Replacement Yakima Q-Tower With Cam Cover Assembly Be Used With The Yakima Q-Clip?

I have a 2004 golf 5 door TDI and have the Q tower Yakima Y8880047 but are missing the foot. If i have the Q clip and assembly will this replacement part work if i replace all of them with these tower and reuse the Q assembly and clip?
