Im looking at the Curt Q20 with the R20 slider package for my 2021 GMC 2500 with the OEM Prep Package Puck Mount System in a 6 3/4-ft long bed. From what I can tell, they dont make that. Is that correct?

Yep, you are 100 percent correct;, the Curt Q20 sliding hitch does need an adapter to fit your 2021 GMC Sierra 2500 with the factory puck system. So what you need are the following:
- Curt Q20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R20 Slider # C16536
- Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch # C88KR
So you'd just mount the adapter directly in the puck system of your Sierra, and they act as the base rails for the Q20.
