The B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3270 that you mention does not mount to your 2018 Ford F-350 with OEM pucks. This hitch is designed to mount to industry standard above bed rails.
With that being said, if you still wanted to use this hitch, you're going to need an adapter # RP30156, which will slide into your pucks, and provide you with the ISR needed.
Or
You can use a 5th wheel hitch that is designed to work with the OEM pucks your truck has, like the B&W Companion OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch for Ford Super Duty Prep Package # BWRVK3300.
This hitch will eliminate the need of an adapter and simply drop into your OEM pucks.
