The Buyers Products 2" King Pin Lock # 337KPL200 is made overseas per my contact at Buyers Products.
For a king pin lock that's made right here in the US I recommend checking out the Blaylock EZ Lock King Pin Lock for 5th Wheel Trailers # BLTL-70-40D. This has a nice aluminum construction so it's going to resist the elements plus you can use the included Master Lock padlock for some of the other various Blaylock applications as well.
