I have a 2013 Toyota Tundra extended cab with a Leer bed cap. Can I install 2 TH835PRO on this vehicle?

I think your best option would be to get a TracRac CapRac Ladder Rack for Camper Shell/Truck Cap # TH29200XT for a roof rack system that will install on your camper shell so that you could mount a couple Thule Hull-A-Port Pro Folding J-Style Rooftop Kayak Carriers # TH834 as long as your camper shell has the weight capacity for the weight of your kayaks.
