I have an answer for you. The longest crossbars we have that are confirmed to fit your flush rails on your 2022 Toyota RAV4 XSE include the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 53" Long # TH711420. Even though we haven't installed these crossbars on a 2022 RAV4, we have installed the 47-inch WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711200 on a 2020 model. Judging by this system on a 2020 model, you should have is not enough length work with a Thule Hullavator # TH898. This is because the Hullavator requires at least 4 additional inches past the feet to complete the downward function. Also, since the 2022 RAV4 has the exact same vehicle width as the 2020 model, the additional 6 inches of crossbar space should give you the crossbar length you need.

One way you can tell for sure is by measuring from mounting point to mounting point on your roof. If that measurement does not exceed 45 inches, the Hullavator will have enough length.

I went ahead and attached a video of the # TH711420 installed on the 2020 RAV4 to give you perspective.

For the rest of the setup, you need the following parts:

- Rapid Podium Feet for Thule Crossbars - Fixed Point # TH460R
- Fit Kit for Thule Podium-Style Roof Rack Feet - 3177 # THKIT3177
- Thule Same-Key Lock Cores # TH450400

With this system, you get the benefits of an aerodynamic setup that ultimately decreases wind noise and maximizes fuel efficiency. The roof rack provides you with 165 pounds of overall weight capacity. As with all roof racks, I recommend confirming with your vehicle's owner's manual to make sure your roof can handle the weight you wish to transport.
