Question:
I have a 2022 Jeep Wrangler that Im setting up for flat tow. In my shopping cart, I have a DM86VR for supplemental braking, a BLU79FR for the tail light wiring, and a BX88206 7 pin to 6 pin connector cord. It occurs to me that my BLU79FR is a flat 4 pin and the DM86VR will need to join with that into the 6 pin of my BX88206. Is there some kind of an adapter where I can cut off the 4 pin of the BLU79FR and join all of these into a 6 pin connector?

It sounds like you need the RoadMaster 6-Wire Trailer Connector # RM-910030-7. This will allow you to cut off the ends of the 4 way and splice them into the connector so your tow vehicle and toad can connect via the 7 way to 6 way cord # BX88206 you mentioned.
You also may need the Roadmaster Bent Electrical Socket Bracket # RM-910030-5 so you can mount the socket.
I have included a review video as well as a FAQ on trailer wiring that you might find useful.
