Differences Between Curt C45796 and Draw-Tite HE18 Hitch Extenders

Question:

What is the difference between #C45796 and RP 11004 I see there is a weight difference but the $50 difference seems a bit much. Is there any quality difference that I am missing. I am going to use this on a 1000 LB trailer so the weight issus is not a problem. Thanks

There is no real functional difference between the two. The Curt # C45796 model is roughly 1/4 inches longer in overall length, but other than that they're pretty comparable.

As far as the price differential goes, the prices we charge are a reflection of what we pay for the item and the prevailing market price for the item.
