How to get Gooseneck Ball Offset on a GM Towing Prep Package

Question:

Do you sell anything for a 2021 Silverado 3500 to offset the gooseneck ball rearward? I have the factory installed gooseneck hitch/5th wheel system. Thanks

I have a solution for you but I am sorry the only offset balls that are available are for Curt's underbed package and B&W's turnover ball system. No one makes offset balls that fit the GM towing prep package. The problem is the Curt and B&W system either have a rod that goes through the base or the gooseball channel is square. Without this pin to hold the gooseball in place any offset ball would just spin in the hole when you make a turn.

To get the clearance you need for your 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 you are going to want the B&W Extend-A-Goose Gooseneck Coupler - 2-5/16" Ball - 10" Offset - 24,000 lbs item # BWTEXA4200. The inner tube pairs with the existing outer tube to create a gooseneck coupler for hooking your trailer up to your truck that will give you an extra 10" of clearance between your Silverado's cab and trailer. This coupler has an 8" range of vertical adjustment. I have attached a review video so you can see this coupler in action.
