Hi, I am trying to decide on which product to purchase. Either the MR26RR or the MR98RR. My entry height is between 29 and 30. How do you recommend which product I choose?

Since these both fall in to your range at 29-30 inches. You need to ask yourself how wide is my door and how many steps do I want?

As long as your doorway is(from inside flange to inside flange): 23-3/4" - 26-1/4" wide, either of these will fit.

I personally would pick the 3 step version because it will give you more space if you park somewhere with a larger drop down or uneven surface and its drop rise is 8 inches, the two step version has a drop rise of 9 inches.
