To install the Curt TriFlex Trailer Brake Controller # C51140 that you saw on your 2017 Nissan Frontier SV you will need the Curt Custom Wiring Adapter # C51382.
I have linked an installation video below that shows a Tekonsha Voyager # 39510 being installed with a Wiring Adapter # 3050-P on a 2016 Frontier that shows you the location of the factory connection.
If this does not look like your wiring please send me the picture you have.
