Recommended Tire Temperature Setting For TPMS With Westlake ST235/80R16 Trailer Tire

just bought tire pressure monitor for my 5th wheel. Instructions asking for high temperature setting. Trying to find out high temperature rating for Westlake Super ST 235/80R16 Tires. Can you help

For the Westlake ST235/80R16 Radial Trailer Tire # LHWL401 you have I recommend setting your TPMS temperature alarm for 158 degrees Fahrenheit. This is a common temperature used with most TPMS like the TST TPMS for RVs # TST-507-FT-6-C as individual tires will not have a temperature rating. Most tires will see a temperature increase of around 50 degrees Fahrenheit from the ambient air temperature. Of course this will vary based on correct air pressure in the tire, grooves in tread, road surface and speed driven.
