Replacement For 7,500 lb Drum Brake Actuator For 3 Trailer Tongue
Question:
I have a 2010 Titan Aero 7500 Swing Away Drum Brake Actuator for my boat trailer. I want to replace it...I am not finding a replacement? Is this still in production and if not what can I replace it with? Appreciate your time!

The swing-away actuator was discontinued, and there is not a direct replacement, or a swing-away replacement, so what you'd need is a standard actuator. The Titan 7500 is a 7,500 lb drum brake actuator that couples to a 2" hitch ball, has a manual lockout, and mounts on a 3" trailer tongue, and there is an option for that:
- Titan Brake Actuator with Manual Lockout - Bolt On - Drum - 2" Ball - 7,500 lbs # T63FR
The # T63FR is the exact replacement you need, and will work the same way as your previous actuator, but without the swing-away feature.
