Question:
I measured the entry 24 and the height from threshold to ground 32. The MR98RR would be perfect, but how do we work around that shock rod installed on the right side of the threshold for the door?

If you are wanting to install the MORryde StepAbove RV Steps # MR98RR you would need to remove the shock rod/gas strut because it will interfere with the step clearance. You can use the Replacement Controlled Motion Hinge for RV Entry Door # LC95VR (black) or # LC22NJ (white) on your RV door which uses Controlled Motion Technology to hold the door open in any position instead of allowing the door to swing freely. This will work with Lippert RV doors as an alternative to a shock rod/gas strut.
