If one of the saddles is lost for your Rola Hull-Hauler Kayak Carrier 59913 then you'll unfortunately need to go with a different carrier as the Rola carrier doesn't have replacement parts.

For your application I recommend replacing it with the Rhino-Rack Nautic which comes with 2 different mounting hardware styles; Channel Mount # RR581 and Clamp On # RR571. The channel mount is an upgrade if you want to utilize t-tracks on your crossbars whereas the clamp on version is the standard option. Attached are review videos for you to check out.
