Can A WDS Shank Be Used Upside Down For More Rise?

Can I use my hitch upside down part No on shank TD11889 I think will add a pic cheers

I tried checking for the part number you listed, and I was unable to find anything that corresponds to that number.
However, some manufacturers specify if your shank can be used in either orientation, or if they must remain in a "rise-only/ drop-only" configuration.
For instance, the Pro Series Weight Distribution Shank # RP63971 must only be used for drop, while the Equal-i-zer Weight Dist Shank # EQ90-02-4500 can provide both rise and drop.
