**MaxxFan Mini Plus Manual RV Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan - LED Light - White # MA00-03801.

*TremPro 644 Silicone Sealant - 10.1-Fl-Oz Cartridge - Whitem # 0160297.
*Alpha Systems Butyl Tape for RV Weatherproofing - 20' x 1" x 3/16" # AL28FJ.
This MaxxFan mini plus will fit in the standard 14x14 inch cutout for RV vents, it has a 12v fan, Black wire is power the white wire is ground. It has an LED light. It comes with a white or black top, both items linked for you. It does not have a powered lift however but the lever to open it is easy to use and out of the way.
To install it you will need some Butyl tape and sealant, I have linked some above for you.
