Will the Yakima rod case fit on this product?

Both the Yakima TopWater Rooftop Fishing Rod Carrier # Y04088 and the Yakima DoubleHaul Rooftop Fly Rod Carrier # Y04087 fit with square crossbars so they will fit great on the Inno Truck Bed Cargo Rack # INRT102-65.
You will probably end up having a bit of either carrier hanging out the back of your truck though as the TopWater is 102" long and the DoubleHaul is 131" long. Normally these are installed on top of a vehicle so since this will be in the bed you'll likely need a safety flag to place on the end of the rod carrier like the Erickson # EM05303.
