Does installing the Draw Tite Class III hitch on a 2022 BMW X5 require the bumper fascia to be modified?

In order to install the Draw-Tite # 76288 on a 2022 BMW X5, the bumper fascia would indeed need to be trimmed as shown in the photo I've provided.
If you'll be towing with the hitch, you'll also need a trailer wiring harness like # 119250KIT, a # 2753 ball mount and a # 19260 for a 1-7/8 or # 63845 for a 2 inch trailer ball.
